Found an interesting article on how a small company is teaching women how to install and repair solar panels in the remote areas of Bangledesh where many people do not have electricity.

Let me know what you think... is it good? bad? why isn't the government doing more to help the poorer cities and places improve the electrical grid? How can more be done? Any questions or comments are more than welcome.
